Refund Policy

This refund policy is concluded on the one hand by the company G&E and managing the site https://www.growledeurope.com/ and, on the other hand, by any natural or legal person wishing to make a purchase via the website https://www.growledeurope.com/ hereinafter referred to as “the buyer”.

How long is the return period?

Under article L121-20 of the Consumer Code, the buyer has a period of fourteen working days from delivery of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal and thus return the product to the seller for exchange or refund without penalty, except return costs. Any buyer who is not satisfied with the product can return it within 14 days. After this 14 day period, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

What about defective items?

All products supplied by the company G&E benefit from the legal guarantee provided for by articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code. In the event of non-conformity of a product sold, it may be returned to the G&E company which will take it back, exchange it or reimburse it. Each defective item sold by the G&E company may be returned to the same company within a period of 2 years, for an exchange, replacement or refund.

What about delivery costs?

When a product is returned to the G&E company for non-satisfaction, and when it is not damaged, the buyer is required to pay the delivery costs himself. For the return of a defective item, the G&E company will pay the delivery costs.
